Richmond is an acute care nurse working in the telemetry unit at Baylor university medical center in temple, Texas. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Presbyterian university, Ghana in 2017. He relocated to the United Kingdom after one year of service in ghana.

Richmond is an acute care nurse working in the telemetry unit at Baylor university medical center in temple, Texas. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Presbyterian university, Ghana in 2017. He relocated to the United Kingdom after one year of service in ghana.

Richmond worked for the NHS at Royal Bournemouth hospital for a few years. During his time at the hospital, he worked in elderly care, and respiratory wards. mentored newly recruited internationally educated nurses from Africa to aid in their transition. Richmond is licensed to practice nursing in New Zealand and Australia as well. He is a member an executive member of Global Street foundation, an NGO providing opportunities for street children in Ghana through education, vocational skills and Arts.

His research interest is in nursing education, health-tech, and age-related conditions such as dementia. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering and traveling.
