Currently serving as a Clinical Instructor at the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing, Dr. Decker is deeply involved in shaping the next generation of nurses. Her impact extends beyond the academic realm, as she maintains a private practice in Dover, Delaware, specializing in Department of Transportation (DOT) medical exams and conducting disability examinations for both veterans and active-duty members. With a focus on providing comprehensive and compassionate care, she has become a trusted healthcare provider in her community.
Dr. Decker’s dedication to addressing healthcare disparities is evident in her role as the Co-Founder and Vice President of the Ghanaian-Diaspora Nursing Alliance.
