Dr. Lily Asare believes in capacity building of the youth, personal development and leadership by example (servant leadership) and has years of experience in nursing and nursing education.
She is a specialist in privacy and data protection with emphasis on Electronic Health Records.
Dr. Asare holds Bachelor’s in Nursing and Health Sciences from Ghana, a Master of Public Health from the USA and a PhD in Health Studies from the University of Hull in the UK.
She is currently an associate lecturer at Bath Spa University also in the UK
