Biography

Courage Daneku is a transformational nurse leader and occupational health professional with over a decade of diverse experience spanning intensive care, workplace safety, and public health. Beginning his career at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital, he quickly built a reputation for clinical excellence and a strong commitment to patient safety. His career journey has since evolved into leadership roles across high-risk industries, where he has championed workplace health programs, risk management systems, and the mentoring of future safety professionals.


As Country Director of the Ghanaian Diaspora Nursing Alliance, Courage leads with vision, integrity, and a collaborative spirit, working to strengthen nursing leadership and foster global partnerships that advance healthcare. His academic accomplishments, including an MSc in Environment and Public Health and the NEBOSH International Diploma, reflect his dedication to continuous growth. Courage embodies professionalism, resilience, and advocacy—empowering nurses as agents of change and driving efforts toward health equity and global impact.
